What to EXPECT

This site’s sole purpose is to make day to day as a teacher easier while leaving a meaningful impact. So often, we spend our days as teachers staying after just a few minutes each day, coming in a few minutes early, or taking our work home with us. Time is one of the most valuable and precious things we have of ours to give. Your administrator doesn’t care that you work late; they care that you do your job and do what’s right for your students and co-workers. I’m not saying you have to go home, but I am saying you should. Impacting your students shouldn’t require sacrificing time with your friends or family.

A look ahead

This blog is aimed at ensuring you are able to balance having a life with being the best teacher you can be. In the coming weeks, be on the lookout for blog posts that introduce technology, curriculum, worksheets, and classroom tips that will engage your students. Not only will these posts give you engaging ideas, but they will also give you ideas that have a meaningful impact. I will introduce you to some classroom setup cheats to make your day easier and maketeaching a breeze. Let’s take the difficulty out of planning so we can use the time allotted to do our job and do it well. Let us take the journey together and learn to use the resources at our disposal to the fullest extent that we can. Along the way, you’ll hear funny stories about my class and my kids and how we conquer the challenges we face daily.

The Easy A

Smarter teaching for the busy teacher. Don’t work harder, work smarter, and prioritize the things in life that matter, not just the workplace.
